PART OF MY JOB: Watching families reconnect
The last few years have been a doozy and I’m here to say that there is hope. As a licensed clinical social worker, I practice from an empathetic, solution-focused, humanistic approach. My 13+ years of experience have taught me that therapy needs to be as unique as the person in front of me. I love working with children, teens, young adults, families, and groups. My training in ESFT aligns with my passion that everyone has inherent strengths and a deep resiliency. I utilize CBT techniques, play therapy interventions, mindfulness, and trauma-focused approaches.
“I am committed to creating a welcoming and shame-free space. I am passionate about helping you participate in healthy relationships, own your feelings, and communicate your needs in a meaningful way. I’m ready to partner with you to improve your day-to-day in a tangible way.” – Kaitlin
