Brooke Nasella, NCC, LAPC

Brooke Nasella is a nationally certified counselor and licensed associate professional counselor with experience working with a wide range of clients through telehealth.
She provides support to individuals from adolescence through adulthood. Brooke has worked with clients navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, and life transitions, offering a collaborative and judgment-free therapeutic environment. Brooke’s background also includes six years with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, where she served in various roles, including courtroom security, prisoner transport, warrant division, and involuntary commitments. This unique experience has contributed to her trauma-informed and safety-conscious approach to care.
She tailors treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. Brooke is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and is dedicated to helping clients reach their personal goals through compassionate, individualized care.
