Adult Wellness
This mindfulness group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space for adults who struggle with relaxation, chronic stress, or the effects of trauma. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and immersive sound bath experiences, participants will learn practices that calm the nervous system, promote grounding, and support emotional regulation. The group is designed to help participants feel safer in their bodies, reconnect with the present moment, and develop tools for restoring balance and resilience in daily life.
Teen Wellness
This is a space for teens to slow down, feel heard, and build real-life coping skills. Through mindfulness practices and creative self-expression with art teens will learn tools to manage stress, understand their emotions, and respond to challenges with greater confidence and self-awareness. The group emphasizes connection, safety, and practical skills teens can use both at home and in everyday life.
